Carpets throughout were dirty. Carpet in room were stained and dirty. Extension cords running across room. Registration area was in need of repair. Electrical outlet in room was loose and not attached to wall securely. Was suppose to have king bed, but had two doubles. Not at all happy with stay and stayed only one day instead of the two reserved. Very dissatisfied with Ramada Inn Lancaster. I chose Ramada Inn because of its name, but would not now.
Booking agent & hotel not on same page !...price different, room different, necessities inadequate. Not enough staff, either checking in, maid service or maintenance. No coffee cups, no microwave. Inadequate facility for handicapped to handle baggage. I could get more specific but, I think you are getting the idea.
Did not like that there was no elevator for easily transporting luggage. The continental breakfast was very sparse. We went to Perkins instead.
Showing its age did not have the room we reserved. Got two double beds instead of king.
The staff was very nice. The hotel was fine. You got what you paid for. Stayed only one night and that was perfect.
Very kid friendly.. Ground floor rooms with a back door to the pool. Indoor pool ffor the not so nice days. Helpful friendly staff. Great location in the middle of town. This was the second year in a row we stayed at this hotel and are hoping to return again next year. Great stay and good vacation.
They upgraded us to a suite so that we could have a king bed rather than 2 doubles. The front desk staff was very pleasant.
While we did get upgraded to a suite, it was still an old, run-down suite like most of the other rooms in the hotel. For about $15-$20 more per night, I would think you could get a nicer, cleaner, more updated experience at another nearby hotel.
All the outlet mall that were located near it. Also all the great Amish food.Be sure to go to the Bird-in-Hand restaurant located in the town of Bird-in-Hand.
Could have used a grab bar to help get out of the tub and we re not old people!
I like that the hotel is near Dutch wonderland since that was the reason we came to Lancaster it was a plus. The front desk was pleasant and tried to please. The continental breakfast was good and saved us time and money.
I didn't like that housekeeping only gave us 3 towels to start when we had four people in the room. Also after the room was cleaned the housekeeper came in at another time to place new towels in the room. Also didn't like the way the breakfast was supervised. Had to find someone to bring milk for cereal one morning. And food wasn't stocked up fast enough for the guests.
The outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pool was dirty. The breakfast is a disaster. The entire hotel is shabby. The staff don't seem to care. Knock it down, rebuid and restaff.
The outdoor pool was huge. Right across street from Dutch Wonderland was convenient. The breakfast was good and convenient and the breakfast room was a good size.
A bit run down, but clean and decent.
Swimmingpool and possibility outside seating on balcony or terras.
Very poor accessebility for wheelchair. The whole hotelequipment was on the very edge of decline. For example: 3 of the 10 light bulbs where not working any more. Not clean, poor breakfast.
nothing, even the price was too much for the room!
the staff was nice.
Staff were very good
We were moved to 3 different suites because A.C. did not work!!!!!
There wasn't anything I liked about Ramada Lancaster. I was suppose to be able to check in by 4pm. I showed up to check in at 415pm, the room wasn't ready for another hour. I got into the room, this room was disgusting. The door to the roof was wide open, there wasn't any towels for me to shower. Just disgusting. I will never recommend this hotel let alone stay there.
